Opening on 21 July! Located in the heart of Part-Dieu food hall, LOBSTA restaurant is open 7 days a week. Enjoy a lobster roll or a delicious lobster salad in comfort or on the go.
The terrace lounge is perfect if you want to sit back and take a break while shopping. You can taste our specialities but also refresh yourself with a drink, the LOBSTA craft beer or a signature cocktail.

The lobster is the king of all crustaceans. For 100 years, people have been eating it on the East Coast of the United States and in Canada in a simple form not very well known in France: the lobster roll. Why not combine this recipe with the delights of French gastronomy? This was the idea that inspired Fabien Bonnaud, creator of LOBSTA.

Lobster meat served in a handmade brioche bun, toasted and buttered with Isigny butter from Normandy: Our lobster rolls are a unique experience!
